Hilton has joined forces with Bally Total
Fitness to help you keep your
travel fitness New Year's resolution. Their program includes several
different options:
- Personal
Trainer :: Schedule a workout with a Bally personal trainer,
either on-site at the hotel, at the Bally location, or at another
location nearby.
- In-Room
Treadmills :: Hilton was one of the first chains to offer
in-room treadmills, and continues to make these available for a nominal
fee.
- Travel
Fit Kit :: Not feeling rich enough for a trainer? Try the
Bally-branded Travel Fit Kit which includes resistance bands and
instructions for a
great in-room workout.

If you hate going to the hotel fitness center, then you'll love
Marriott's "Great Health - Fit for You"
program. Travelers to
full-service Marriott hotels can take advantage of three different in-room workout options:
- BodyRev(TM)::
The
BodyRev(TM) is portable exercise
equipment and an instructional video
designed to give you a great aerobic and strength training workout in
just 15 minutes.
- BodyWedge21(TM)
:: The
BodyWedge21(TM) is an incline wedge and
instructions for targeting abs, buttocks, thighs, triceps, chest and
lower back.
- Traveling
Trainer :: The
Traveling Trainer kit includes fitness-center quality resistance bands
and instructions for a complete hotel room workout.

Westin has teamed up with Reebok to create the WestinWORKOUT Powered by
Reebok®. Spending $12 million, Westin and Reebok have create
state-of-the-art fitness facilities stocked with brand new equipment
from big-name vendors such as LifeFitness®,
Precor®, and Cardio
Theatre®. The sexy new gyms sport treadmills,
upright bikes,
recumbent bikes, steppers, elliptical
trainers, leg extension, leg curl, shoulder press, lat
pulldown and chest machines, free weights and cool personal TV's on the
cardio equipment. The facilities also include Reebok-designed
workout
routines, medicine balls, stability balls, and other great workout
aids.
