Coffee seems like a pretty safe bet for healthy dining, after all it only has 5 calories in a cup. Well, it depends on what you add to it. Consider these calorie and fat counts in a two tablespoon serving of milks and cream:
- Half and half: 39 calories, 3.5 grams fat
- 2% milk: 15 calories, .6 grams fat
- Skim milk: 11 calories, .1 grams fat
