Dining Fit Tip #2: Return the Bread Basket

The dreaded bread basket can be your worst enemy when dining out. A typical sourdough roll is 160 calories!

When the dreaded basket arrives, pass it to your left, around the table. When it returns to you, politely hand it back to the server.

If you're dining alone, tell the server to keep it rather than leaving it at the table.
