USDA Launches New Food Pyramid

Finally, the USDA has recognized the importance of exercise and recognized that one size does NOT fit all!

What I really love about the new Pyramid is that it you can now find out how many fruits, veggies, meats, etc. you should eat each day, using measurements that a normal human can understand, i.e., measured cups. Did anyone ever really understand what 13 servings of vegetables meant?! Even better, the daily intake amounts are broken out by the number of calories in your target diet, rather than the standard "2000 calories per day."
