Travel Fit Tip: Set a Spring Goal

Spring is in full force, which means beach season is just around the corner. Rather than agonizing about how you are going to fit into your short shorts and bathing suit after a long winter, set a specific fitness goal for yourself to achieve by June 15.

For example, you might decide to target 45 minutes of cardio, three times per week. Or weight training twice a week. Or your goal might be really simple such as biking to the gym instead of driving, or walking when you play golf instead of riding.

Remember to make your goal SMART -- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely.
