Working Out at Home: Find a Canine Companion

We've discussed before the many benefits of walking. But where to find the time?

Those of you lucky enough to own a four-legged canine critter can kill two birds with one stone by walking your dog more often. Target a twice daily 30 minute walk, and suddenly you'll be getting the Surgeon General's recommended amount of daily exercise, without even thinking about it.

You'll feel better, and Fluffy or Fido will too!
