Travel Fit Tip: Find Activities that Fit Your Style

Finding an activity or activities that you like is key to sticking with your fitness plan. No matter how effective, cool, or trendy the exercise is, if you don't like, you're not going to do it.

Find something that you like--regardless of what everyone else is doing. Look for activities, exercises, and sports that fit your personality. For example, if you enjoy team sports, find an adult league for something you love (it could even be frisbee golf!). If you don't have the competitive edge but still love to be around people, consider group activities such as aerobics or a bike or running club. Are allergies a big part of your life? Then stick with indoor activities. If you like peace and solitude, consider individual activities such as walking, running, biking, or hiking.
