Travel Fit Tip: Multi-task While Walking

- Take your cell phone and call home to chat with friends and family.
- Take a co-worker (or two) with you and have a meeting or brainstorming session.
- Use your walking time as "think time" to noodle on an important problem or mentally rehearse for a presentation or speech.
- Check your voice and return messages.
- Hold a conference call from your cell phone.
