Travel Fit Tip: Bicycle Crunches

According to the American Council on Exercise, bicyle crunches are the most effective abdominal exercise out there.

Fortunately for travelers, they don't require any equipment or fancy machines. Try doing three sets of 20, each side (i.e., left and right together equal one rep). Work your way up to 50, each side!

Begin with your left knee bent, leg pulled in, hands clasped lightly behind your head. Using your abdominals, lift your right shoulder to your left knee. Alternate with right knee/left shoulder.

Just like riding a bike!
